They take extra steps to make me feel important as a patient. Listening & trying other options when something isn't working. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me after the first couple of visits, but not here. The restrooms were clean & well-maintained. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
