I've been a patient for a few years now and mostly saw other doctors on staff. After seeing Dr. Cinelli a couple of times, I felt as though he doesn't like his chosen profession anymore. I'm sure at one time, he did. He didn't do anything wrong, but I felt rushed and sensed he didn't care about my concerns. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.The doctor seems to be very respected by his staff. They have good customer service here. They fit me in the schedule when there was a miscommunication of my appointment date. The wait time was out of this world but it was worth it once I got in to see the doc. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful doctor's offices I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily and unwind with the soothing music and simplistic TV programming. This office is over 40 minutes from my home, but I'm very happy to have found such a thorough doctor that has a very comforting and reassuring bedside manner.

I highly recommend Dr. Cinelli, I've seen him for over a year & he's always been patient and kind for my appointments - and takes the time to answer all my questions with care and knowledge. Some days the office can be a bit busy and I've had to wait, but there's nice seating outdoors if you don't want to wait inside

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
