Dr. Simons performed a spinal injection to help control the pain in my cervical area. It helped temporarily, apparently my condition is borderline surgery. I haven’t given up yet, don’t want surgery, will try other avenues with Dr. Simons.

Stay far away from Dr. simons office! Not helpful one bit! I had to continue to bug them to do the job they should be doing which is helping their patients. My consultation was a whole 5 minutes long. He did not care to spend any time trying to figure out my injury. He never followed up with me. I had to call his staff and his staff just said I don't know. I had to tell them to ask him what was next! They lied and said they sent stuff to my insurance and they did not. This place is worthless and just wants your money. Leaving this office with nothing fixed but plenty of money spent. Off to someone else that actually cares.

Very disappointed I have done alot of research talking on the phone several times with different people who had a Medtronic Targeted Drug Delivery pump all over US.. I have had my first increase is dosage, did not do a bit of help for my pain, but Dr Simons would like me to cut back in oral medicine and I have , so I am in so much pain everyday. I wanted my appointment to be sooner then 5 weeks, but he would not consider it. I just do not understand because everyone I talked to had their next appointment within 10 days or 2 weeks. The advice I got from people who have this surgery, does not believe I must wait this long for my next increase. Most people said they had 6 to 8 visits till it finally had relief from pain. If it goes to be every 5 weeks, it could be 6 months to get relief from pain. Lost for more words except WHY
