I think that when there is work needing to be done, and there is a questionable doubt to whether the Insurance might not cover the work, the receptionist or another worker at the office should call the Insurance provider for me to find this out. Instead they handed me the codes and told me to call the Insurance Company to find out if the procedure should be covered. Why is that my job ? It's like they don't want to be the ones to tell you that you have lousy insurance and they won't cover it. Fortunately my Insurance is good enough to have the work done. I felt as though I was doing someones job for them.
