I was very happy upon seeing their state-of-the-art office equipment. I knew I would be getting top of the line treatment and the most advanced care available. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
