I have been a patient of Dr. Teresi for 5 years and have always been completely satisfied after every appointment. She is a kind and caring podiatrist who always goes the extra mile in treating her patients. She has performed 2 surgeries on my feet and the outcomes of both have exceeded my expectations. She is very thorough at every appointment, and does not hesitate to answer each and every question I present to her. The wait time prior to my appointments is always incrdibly short, as she does her best to stay on schedule. In doing so, it is amazing that she is still able to devote her undivided attention to the patient, never rushing through appointments. Dr. Teresi's staff is so very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. Her office management is exemplary. I continue to recommend Dr. Teresi to my friends and family, as she is truly the best at what she does!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I refer everyone I know to Dr. Teresi. I absolutely love this place. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Everyone is kind and caring, and Dr. Teresi goes above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns.

My name is Daniel Cherry SR.I am a disabled father of 2 young boys.Dr Teresi unfortunatly was my podiatrist.I used to go to the foot clinic in Batavia NY at United Memorial Hospitol.Somtimes i couldn't be seen for 6 weeks.I get thick callouses around the ulcer on the bottom of my left foot.I thought.... may be if i changed doctors i would be seen more often and maybe get more quality care.I had to change my insurance and wait 2 months to do so.U got MVP.One time last year Dr Teresi put a cast on my leg to make a brace.She said it was the first one she'd done.She had a laptop with her so she could look how to do the cast.It was painful.Dr Teresi left her nurse to remove the cast.She said " im getting impatient finish this up" to the nurse and stormed out.So the nurse heather removes it.Well i finally got the brace and wore it one hour.It was too frigid.I could barely walk for a week after wards.I was talking to the nurse about it on my next visit.I never thought shed tell the doc and back stab me like she did but she did.I thought she was a friend to console me.But she ran and told the doctor much to my dismay.So the doctor told me she heard i was very unhappy and i said yes i said those things to a nurse.So Dr Gina Teresi said if i ever complain again I'll have to find a new doctor.I was thinking if i don't have her i may lose my leg.Since i am poor and have low paying insurance no doctors will take me here in Batavia NY.I toughed it out for another year putting with rude arrogance from dr Gina Tersi on numerous occasions.Finally i had had it with her.I asked to see Dr Dryden who by the way is in the same office.I received shortly after a card stating i have a letter at the post office waiting.A certified mail letter.I called Teresi's office.I asked what is it about?The said they don't know I'll have to get it.I never got the letter.And since it was certified Dr Gina Teresi knew id never recieved it.So i went to my appointment on November 10th.Still nobody mentioned the letter.So i figured it wasn't that important.She trimmed my callouses on my bad foot.And for the first time ever she trimmed the nails on my good foot.And she was actually nice for the first time.I left i went to make an appointment.They said i can never have another appointment.I was angry then they handed me the letter.They knew id never received it they are liars.So here is what the letter says i have it right here in front of me."Please be advised i am no longer in the position to care for you as your podiatric doctor as you are very unhappy with my care.Dr Dryden will not take you on as a patient."What kind of bull is that??I know it is a direct violation of patient rights.I have no foot doctor now.We do not have any here in Batavia who will take me.I can never go to the foot clinic again cause i changed insurance from medicaid to MVP.So now what will happen if i lose my leg?My boys will end up in a foster home cause of this.I despise what they did to me.Dr Teresi called on Nov 10th 2009.She said on the tape from answering machine yes sometimes she does have the nurse do casts cause she does get frustrated.(Guess you better never tell a nurse anything.It was confidential.)Not there though.She also said her nuses are an extension of her.She should be investigated my the ama.Hoe the hell do doctors get away with treating patients like this??You tell me.I think it only could happen here in lousy Batavia NY.I did notice she charged 750$ to my insurance for 5 minutes trimming.I also notice how she crams patients in and every room is always full.One time i said im gonna be 10 minutes late.I had to reschedule my appointment.I wouldn't let this thing Dr Gina Teresi trim a dogs nails!!Daniel Cherry Sr..And by the way all this is true and i have the letter right in front of me.So go right ahead and sue me.Because i swear on my dead daughters grave i have proof of all of this..The least she could have done was made sure i had a foot Dr prior to this this is W Wrong!!
