I have visited this doctor before. I too had to wait well over an hour for my appt's. Both visits were just temporary fixes so I would have to return again! The pricing for different procedures is inconsistent, no one knew the exact price of what my appt entailed. They were suppose to call me back with a price and I never received that call. I do believe Dr Grant knows what she is doing but I also believe that it is a money scam. The more appts booked throughout the day, the more money. So therefore, it seems to me that patient care went right out the window and they are more worried about making more money. What happened to patient care in the medical field??? Also after reading all of these surveys, it looks as though either the same person completed many surveys to boost the star rating or everyone at the office is filling out the surveys again to boost the ratings. It is all the same thoughts and wording. The ones that give 2 stars are the real patients and take their advice!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
