Dr. Singh is a compassionate, intelligent doctor. However, his receptionist is a total waste of space and time. She is downright rude and goes out of her way to be so. She's obviously an angry, unhappy person who takes this out on patients. Dr. Singh would be doing himself and his patients a huge favor by firing her and hiring someone else.

this man is the most compassionate dr i ever met!!!! i asked him so many questions today went back in after my appointment to ask more he looks at you in your eyes and he listens his whole staff heather is a angel jenny his top nurse is a fantastic smart nurse the sweet girl at the desk!!! the way he does epidurals is amazing hes gentle hes painless the entire office i feel like is family

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. The Dr. is supposed to be there to help you, especially a pain doctor. I was in sooo much pain, I thought about ending my life! He was trying to give me antidepressants, I tried explaining that I was depressed because I was in so much friggin' pain! I'm in my early 40's, and was active. I can barely dress myself and put my shoes on in the morning! Anyway, my point being, he had prescribed me a long acting medicine (Oxycontin) and something for breakthrough pain (Lortab) as needed, every 6 hours. I would try to do things, like exercise and fish, stuff to kind of make me feel normal. Well there were days that I would have to take my Lortab every 6 hours and some days not. His 'policy' is that he will only give 60 tabs. Now that only allows me 2 tabs a day. So if I took more than 2 a day, that would leave me short at the end of the month, so the pain cycle continued on and on. If my math is correct, 4 x 30 = 120, right? He didn't even give me the option of having enough medicine to use IF I needed it! He was very unsympathetic, and would not budge on his "policy", which is total BS!! I've worked in health care a long time, he has NO SYMPATHY OR COMPASSION FOR ANY OF HIS PATIENTS!! YOU'RE JUST A NUMBER AND MONEY IN HIS POCKET!!

If arrogance and unethical behavior is a deciding factor in your physician do NOT see this physician. The wait was over 3 hours before I actually saw him. Provides no bedside manner (no eye contact, doesn't respond to my concerns). I can't over emphasize how horrible this experience was. His practice has a website that is supposed to be an institute. He is the ONLY physician in the "institute!" The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I thought since he was board certified my experience would be significantly better then it was.
