This provider does not return calls promptly. It took several months to get my glasses. The lenses were incorrect the first time. I called to advise them I was having problems with the glasses and they suggested I wait 3 weeks to allow my eyes to adjust, after three weeks I went back and they were going t remake them. It has now been 6 weeks and I still do not have my glasses. Definitely would not recommend this practice.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
