I was scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter, but when I arrived there I found out that the office is not even open on that day. I had to wait over a month for another appointment. I finally get to see the doctor(a month later) and he tells me that there is nothing wrong with my eyes. I have worn glasses since I was 12 years old. I can't see without them. He prescribed me eye lubricant. As if thats not bad enough..... When I was 18 years old I was burned in my eye, I went to the ER and was told that I burned my retina and I would never have full sight in that eye. After that I went to several eye doctors, but they really can't do anything for it. This doctor told me that I have neuropathy in my eye, and I had to see a neurologist. He looked me in the face and told me the burn didn't mess up my eye. ( as if it didn't happen to me). I contacted my insurance and filed a complaint, but the best part is..... I never got my glasses. This guy is just plain BAD AT HIS JOB. Oh and I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. My advice to others about this doctor.... Stay far away from that office. You would think that after all of that I would have walked out, but the final comment from him is what made me fed up..... He told me I can't see because I smoke cigarettes...... I wasn't smoking at 12 years old when I started wearing glasses. Only go to him if you are already blind and have nothing to lose.

This office and the visit for my son were HORRIBLE. Dr. Yasgur would not release my sons prescription. He insisted he MUST purchase contact lenses through his office or he couldn't have his script. It was a nightmare! I had to notify the board of opthamology to get them to intervene to get my sons prescription. It took so long I had to have my sons eyes examined a second time (AT COST!) just so I could get my son the contacts and glasses he needed. It was an absolute horrible experience.
