I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The doctor was too pre-occupied with his other things to give proper attention. I was looking to switch to him but based on the levels of unresponsiveness of the organization, i would not switch

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
