I loved dr.carlesi but his nurse and staff talked to me like they were paying my bill lol he helped me a lot.
Did an Radio frequency procedure on me and was amazing so calm and sweet.
This procedure is very painful.
After my procedure I called to say the medication wasn't helping AND his nurse not him said and I quote "I find that very hard to believe" I told her I'd bring the bottle to her asked to speak to the doctor and was told NO-ONE speaks to the doctor unless I approve.
True story so I left the practice had nothing to do with the doctor it was the staff. Uuugh I hate stupid lol

I with I could review below one star. Never have I been treated in a more undignified and degrading manner than I have been by his office staff, and by Dr. Carlesi. I had faith in him prior, but today undid that. No one should be treated as I was today. I at least, conducted myself with decorum. I cannot say the same for his office manager. Pain is hard enough without being further abused and degraded by staff. I highly recommend you seek treatment elsewhere.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could have taken a quick nap while waiting to see the pain management specialist.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
