The staff was rude from the time I made my appointment. I waited 25 minutes for the appointment to begin and lasted all of 3 minutes and did not answer my questions. I was not told when I made my appointment, after my appointment or posted ANYWHERE in the building that my visit payment would need to be CASH. They refused to take my insurance payment on a card provided through the insurance company. The staff proceeded to laugh at me and "doesn't know what to tell me". I found them rude and was the most infuriating experience of my life. I would not recommend any person to this location.

Was told had to make another appointment to do a 20 minute body scan to make sure all marks look ok because we had a lot to talk about regarding my diagnosis of acne rosacea. Then he proceeded to spend the entire time selling me on the products they sell in their office. He could have done that while he looked me over and not make me make another appointment.Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there and in fact, felt like I was bothering her. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
