After many visits in which I complained of hip and back pain, my back pain got much worse and I called him to ask what to do, since the physical therapy he prescribed wasn't working and the pain kept getting worse. He never returned my call. I ended up going to the emergency room and received a diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer with extensive metastases to my spine. Thanks, Dr. Bianconi.

Yes

No, but they said they were going to!

Not really, it wasn't very clean

It could have used some cleaning
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
