No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Arbesfeld's staff was friendly and accomodating. When I had questions/concerns about my lab work, I called to ask for Dr. Arbesfeld to call me back, but he got on the phone with me immediately. I also have had no trouble getting appointments within a reasonable time frame.
