Dr.Heard has done a wonderful job keeping my ingrown toe nails under control. She really listens to what you say and therefore makes a good diagnosis. She is kind, helpful and pleasant. I find her office staff prompt, organized and gracious. I have been very pleased with Dr. Heard.
