Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I usually get the appointment time I want. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had anything to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Dr. Hockenberry is a Fabulous physician, he listens to what patients say, is very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. I trust his judgment implicitly.
