I had a full face lift not good at all, he operated again not any better. Did my eyes with the second surgery. What a waste of $16,000 all of my savings. I think he should do horses and not people

I went to Dr. Dryden 5 years ago for a breast augmentation...he is by far the worst plastic surgeon and should be stripped of his license. When stumbling across this page and seeing a review stating they woke up during surgery, I felt compelled to leave a review. I thought I was the only one who had woken up during surgery! He and his staff are so unprofessional and incompetent. I woke up during my procedure to see a small hand-held shovel looking tool being shoved into my chest. I began to yell and cry so much and the pain I experienced was unfathomable. My mom came into the recovery room seeing me in tears. They explained I had woken up. The first surgery was left for months and the implants never dropped into the place they should have...they were practically to my collarbone. So I scheduled for a revision, this second surgery left me with them uneven. I continued to schedule because back then I wasn't as proficient as I am now to researching physicians. I heard about him through a recommendation. I had no previous knowledge of how this type of surgery should go and he assured me these were common complications. The third surgery was to correct this and of course you can guess-this was not so. My right breast has a very low pocket and no tissue on top...the implant is all on the bottom. Terrible Terrible surgeon...I hope that people read these cases and trust not to continue with him. He will take all the money he can and leave you with an awful excuse of a surgery.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

I had breast augmentation and by far this was the worst experience of my life. I felt my first incision, when I told him I could feel it he yelled for the nurse to give me more drugs to knock me out, a procedure that should have lasted maybe an hour lasted 3, because coming out he had popped one of my implants and had to go back in. I came out and had blood all over me, the nurse told my mom, she could clean me up when we got home. A week later while I was at worked, one of my stitches busted and I began bleeding I was taken to his office where I had to wait for hi, they treated me like I was an inconvenience. Needless to say this man is a monster and shouldn’t be allowed to practice and perform.

OMG WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!!! So, if you are in the Tucson area and hear of a DR DRYDEN do NOT go to him. He is horrible. He is a horrible person in general. I am not rich by any means. It took me a yr to save up for my TT. He told me how great it was going to look and how he is at the "top of the board". He took advantage of me and took my money! He destroyed my body! When I expressed my concerns about 2 strange bubbles kind of off center right above my scar on my lower tummy he told me it was fluid and would absorb naturally in my body. Then when I went back for another appt and showed him that the bubbles were still there, he told me they were fat bubbles. They are very noticeable. I told him I wanted them to not be there and he said "well that's just the way your body is SWEETHEART!" I said, "No, It's not. It was never like that before." And he said "Well, you know having children changes your body. It will be like that forever. There is no fixing it." Then when I became upset he said he could take fat from another part of my body and inject it into the center of the 2 bubbles, so I will have 1 large off center bubble of fat in my lower abdomen that will never go away! My belly button doesn't even look like a belly button and the incision scar from my BB goes down about an inch past where the "BB" actually is. And it is a weird, crooked upside down smile looking thing filled with bubbles of skin. It is a great place for dirt and sweat to collect and bacteria to grow if I don't keep it extremely clean! On each side of my incision the skin creases where he tried to tuck in the "dog ears" rather than bringing the incision out a bit more, like he should have. So now on each one of my hips, the skin folds. My scar is thick and raised and because he chose to use metal staples rather than dissolving sutures, I have what another surgeon called "track marks" all along the incision....little tiny red dots that will eventually turn into little scars all the way across my stomach. Also, when he brought the skin down he cut off too much, so now the skin naturally pulls up and it raised my pubic hair about 2 inches above where it was before. Maybe even more because it shows out of my jeans if I am not careful. When he stretched the skin out he brought it in rather than out, so all my stretch marks are more noticeable. They wouldn't be if the skin were tight. It still really hurts. My scar, my skin in general, my bb especially. It all really hurts. I feel like I am lucky to be here since he obviously had no idea what he was doing. I went and saw another surgeon to get a second opinion...I am going to have to have the whole thing redone. He is going to do his best to fix it but the skin has already been stretched to its full capacity. I am surprised he was even able to sew me back up! Turns out, he isn't even a board certified plastic surgeon. HE IS AN OPHTHALMOLOGIST! OMG! I hate this man! How can he do this to someone????? Any advice????
