I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They are prompt. No waiting. Great folks. I never thought which optometrist you used was important. But Dr. Binford is proof that it does matter. This man is truly a professional. I now have no-line bifocals and I heard horrible things about how hard they were to adjust to. Heck, I love mine! Not a minutes' trouble! His accuracy is amazing. I used to be a contact lens wearer and was prone to infections which he cured with one visit. I highly recommend this place just as it was highly recommended to me by Kenny Rodriques. I need to go to him today for a new prescription and he is closed on Mondays. That is the only complaint I have. LOL

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Even when notified that he has a personal phone call, he always waits to take it later. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. , I just love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out.
