This doctor has terrible bedside manner. He did not look at any records prior to walking into the room, proceeded to glance at them for two seconds, and then told my father that he had experienced a stroke. When we asked about the details, he didn't have any further information or recommendations. Since M.I.N.D. has a policy against switching to another doctor within their practice, we had to go elsewhere.

This doctor is condescending and has poor bedside manner. He refused to give specific answers and said that treatment decisions were based on his expertise not on my having a specific name for my diagnosis.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They were cold and not friendly to me during my appointment and I don't think being a little more polite would have killed them. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. No report sharing of critical testing that is very integral in my health. Doctor did not contact me after receiving testing information that required a very significant change in the setting of my medical equipment. Upon inquiry with him, he declined knowledge of the results, literally threw the paperwork I had request at my chest requiring me to pick them up. I have lost any confidence in him that I did have.
