My experience with Dr. Pascal Dauphin,
1. My initial appointment with Dr. Dauphin felt positive, but I was told to wait three weeks to allow any other doctors meds to be out of my system before having blood drawn. I was instructed to have my blood drawn at Dr. Dauphin’s office as “other offices often get the wrong tests. We were to then discuss my treatment plan after the results came in.
2. So I endured my symptoms for three weeks and came in to Dauphin’s office to have the blood drawn. While there I asked the nurse drawing my blood how to correctly pronounce the doctor’s name (I wasn’t sure), she responded “actually, I’m not sure whose office I’m at”. That was concerning!
3. It took two weeks for the results to come back and I received a VERY curt call from a nurse that said I could NOT get a copy of my blood-test results, and was to go on topical testosterone. I, and especially my WIFE, had great concern over this treatment, and so I started asking a lot of questions … and was hung-up on!
4. So, I just called back the office, requested my blood test results from ASHLEY (the one nice, kind person we spoke to) and made an appointment to see Dr. Dauphin so both my wife and I could have our questions addressed. Makes sense, right? Ashley thought so … she was so nice.
5. Then ANOTHER nurse calls back and says she has cancelled my appointment and that the doctor will NOT see me for at least three months. Again, I try to explain that my wife and I have questions that need to be answered and that I’d like a copy of my blood-test results and again I was hung up on.
6. I finely drive to the office and Ashley gives me a copy of my blood-test results … and I immediately begin to sense something is amiss with the results. Then my wife and I notice that I was listed as a FEMALE! Holy crap, what a whopper of a mistake on a HORMONE panel … so all the reference ranges were of course way wrong!
So there ya have it. Rude, uncaring nurses and inept practices. Can you blame my wife and I from having no confidence in the office of Dr. Dauphin? No.

The are in a gorgeous building on Bedford Avenue in Green Hills. (I love going there). The office there is clean and modern and the courtesy guard is always wonderful to help us in and out of the building. So much nicer than his other location.

I really loved dr dauphin he was very knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable! When I first arrived I was greeted and checked in quickly but I was left in the lobby for at least 35 minutes while I could clearly see and hear the black nurse goofing off. I finally got called back to the waiting room where I had to wait another 45 minutes. My appointment was at 9:15 and I was the first patient to arrive in the lobby. When the nurse, who I had previously seen goofing off, began to ask me the initial questions I was trying to explain my symptoms to her and she didnt want to hear all she wanted to do was get her questions answered and get out as quickly as possible. She was not sympathetic or understanding. Then she hurried out and I had to wait another 30 minutes for the dr to arrive and spend maybe 15 minutes with me. I was out of my humalog when I came to my appointment and the dr told me he would fax it to my pharmacy that day. I called the pharmacy all day and the dr never called it in. I called dr dauphin back to speak with the nurse but she was not available so I left a message. The girl at the front desk called me back and said the nurse wanted to know what I wanted. Which is ridiculous because thankless couldn't even call me back herself. I continued calling for a week And finally gave up and called my primary care dr. Literally 5 weeks later my pharmacy called me and told me that they just received the fax for my prescription! It's really a shame because I really liked dr dauphin but i will never go back and I'll make sure no one I know goes through that!
