I have been taking my child to see Dr. Patel since he was a newborn and he's still going at the age of two years old. I feel comfortable asking questions for both staff and Dr. Patel. My son and I feel right at home during office visits; everyone is down to earth. I love you Dr. Patel! keep making a difference!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. My child absolutely loves Anilkumar Patel, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
