I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere! The staff at this office were the most rude, down right hateful, and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. They were nasty from the first phone call to make the appointment, signing in and checking out as well as when we had to call back because they give their patients EXPIRED coupons for the prescriptions they prescribe. They do not care about the patient and are not at all helpful. They are completely disrespectful and treat the patients like they are a bother. Physician spent 5 minutes at the most talking with us and made insulting comments about the situation. He did not assess the skin issue with anything more than a quick glance and his diagnosis was a complete joke. If you need to see a Dermatologist I would strongly advise you to go anywhere but to Dr. Rothstein's office. I could not have been more dissatisfied with the service we received from the entire staff. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
