One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic the staff was. The officey was clean. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up without an appointment and they've willing to stop and see me the DDS actually came in to address my concerns. I wanted to be well informed about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first, but they didn't give me a whole lot of information. I still had a lot of unanswered questions. I was in awe at the level of service I received Dr. Mark Petryna was friendly outgoing and professional. His staff has been friendly, helpful, and a joy to deal with, I could not have asked for a better experience. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
