Great Pediatrician but unfortunately has an awful office/practice staff. Front desk ladies are rude, unprofessional and short with patients and the parents. Office Manager is not any better to deal with and lacks customer service skills and professionalism. She is clearly stressed out in her disposition/tone and very defensive when you call to submit a complaint therefore receiving no apologies and complete dodging of accountability and fault of their office. Unorganized billing and paperwork. Be ready to spend hours between their office and your insurance company if ever a billing issue. Just overall very unprofessional and poor customer service.
