Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. While waiting for my appointment I noticed that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
