They definitely didn't answer all of my questions, which was annoying. I had hoped to get a lot more info, but didn't get much. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not knowledgeable at all. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave after talking to the doctor and actually being brought to tears by his unhelpful, arrogant attitude. They would not give me the information I needed in order to switch to a new doctor either. The doctor actually told me that since I didn't want to see him anymore, let my new doctor figure it out for themselves, he would not give them information they were requesting pertinent to my care.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Something just did not click between myself and the staff...the visit was for my son..allergy onset...honestly, i am still a bit confused.
