The Service has drastically gone down hill since I started seeing him 10 years ago. I have had several issues over the years but the most irritating is the fact that it takes months to get an appointment and the staff never returns calls. They now have an answering system but you still do not get returned calls. There office hours are 9 to 4 and the fact that I have to take time off from work to walk into the office to get an appointment or to have a refill of medication issues is unacceptable. I've been told by the staff that they will take care of me and that I can walk in at any time. The problem is that I work for a living and can not schedule time off from work to walk into a doctor's office to make an appointment for another day.

Love the his staff sucks! Can't ever get through on the phones I usually have to go into the office to speak with someone. But my issues usually get handled when I go in there. They need to handle the phone system a little better.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
