Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, sliced thin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 tomatoes, sliced thin

  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary salt

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Sprinkle salt over the zucchini slices and let sit for 30 minutes, then wipe roughly with a paper towel. Arrange on the bottom layer of a serving plate.
