Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 can (4.5 oz.) can chopped chilies, drained

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) black beans, undrained

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) chickpeas, undrained

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) kidney beans, undrained

  • 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, with juice

  • 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce

  • 1-2 tablespoons chili powder, to taste

Directions

  • Cook the ground turkey and onion in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain the fat and transfer to a slow cooker.

  • Add the chopped chilies, black beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili powder, stirring well to mix.

  • Cook 8 hours on a low setting. Serve hot.
