Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced

  • 16 cups Swiss chard, stemmed and roughly chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Heat the oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté until golden, about three minutes. Set aside.

  • Add the Swiss chard, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes or until the greens have wilted.

  • Drain. Combine the garlic and Swiss chard mixtures, stirring well. Serve immediately.
