1 pound ground pork sausage
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 pound large fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing (optional)
Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F.
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until evenly brown.
Pour off excess grease.
Place the browned sausage in bowl, add the Parmesan cheese and cream cheese, and mix.
Place 1 tablespoon of the sausage-cheese mixture into each jalapeno half.
Place the stuffed peppers in baking dishes and bake for about 20 minutes.
Serve with dressing.
