Ingredients

  • 10 Roma tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 5 jalapeño peppers, minced

  • 1 habanero pepper, minced

  • 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

  • 1 large purple onion, chopped

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2-4 tablespoons tequila, optional
