1/2 chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons, light sour cream
1 tablespoon, red curry powder
1/2 cup lettuce
3 slices of tomato
1 wheat tortilla
In a medium frying pan, sauté the cubes of chicken until brown and cooked well.
While the chicken is cooking, add the light sour cream and curry powder to a bowl and combine. Also, heat the tortilla in a microwave for 20-30 seconds.
After the chicken has finished cooking, remove it from heat and wrap the chicken, lettuce, and tomato slices in the tortilla after smearing on sour cream and curry mix.
