Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 5 eggs

  • 5 egg whites

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Directions

  • Heat an oven to 350 degrees F.
