Ingredients

  • 8 ounces water

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 5 grams unsweetened, dry powder cocoa powder

  • 1 stick of cinnamon

  • 2 ounces espresso

  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 5 grams dark chocolate

Directions

  • In a saucepan, mix the water, honey, cocoa, and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat, stirring periodically for 2 minutes or until the ingredients dissolve. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

  • Add the espresso and simmer until heated.
