Ingredients

  • 1 tilapia filet (4 ounces), skinless and boneless

  • 2 teaspoon taco seasoning or cajun blackening spices

  • 2 tablespoons peach mango salsa

  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 lime, to squeeze over the fish

Directions

  • Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-high.

  • Sprinkle the seasoning on each side of the tilapia filet.

  • Add the filet to the hot skillet.

  • On a plate, arrange the sliced avocado and cherry tomato halves.

  • After four minutes, turn the fish and cook until flaky.

  • Squeeze lime juice on the fish and spoon on the salsa.
