Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/3 pound smoked salmon

  • 1 fluid ounce 2% milk

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • Low-fat grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Crack the eggs in a medium sized bowl and mix in the milk and dill.

  • Cut the salmon into small strips. Set this aside in a bowl.

  • Grease a frying pan with oil and place it over medium-low heat.

  • When the pan is heated, add the egg mixture. When the egg begins to set in the pan, add the salmon.

  • Sprinkle the desired amount of cheddar cheese over the omelet, and continue cooking until the cheese melts and the eggs are done. Serve immediately.
