Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 32 baby carrots, sliced

  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork roast

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 dash hot sauce

Directions

  • Layer the carrots and onions evenly in the slow cooker. Arrange the pork on top of the onions.
