Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless pork chops

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 3/4 cup red wine

  • Cooked rice or pasta

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350°F. Cook the pork chops in a frying pan with olive oil until each side is brown.

  • Put the pork chops in an oven safe pan and use the juices from the frying pan to cook the onions and mushrooms.
