Ingredients

  • Pancakes

    • 1 1/2 cups flour

    • 3 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 3/4 cup orange juice

    • 3/4 cup water

    • 1 1/2 tablespoon water

    • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    • 3 tablespoon dairy-free margarine, melted

  • Orange-honey margarine

    • 8 tablespoon dairy-free margarine, softened

    • 1/2 cup honey

    • 1 teaspoon orange juice

    • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

  • Pancakes

    • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

    • Mix together 1 1/2 tablespoons water, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder in a separate bowl.

    • Make a hole in the middle of the bowl and empty the orange juice; water; oil mixture; and margarine into hole. Stir thoroughly.

    • Oil a pan over medium heat.

    • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until golden brown.

  • Orange-honey margarine

    • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the pancakes.
