  • 2 1/4 cups tomatoes, canned

  • 1 cup mushrooms, pieces or sliced

  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced

  • 4 ounces vegetable broth, low sodium

  • Southwest style seasoning blend to taste

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped

Directions
