Ingredients

  • 4 3/4-inch thick boneless top loin pork chops

  • 1 peeled and cored fresh pineapple

  • 3 tablespoons orange marmalade

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup roasted cashews, coarsely chopped

Directions

  • Cut the pineapple into 1/2 inch thick slices.

  • Place the pork chops on the rack of hot grill for 4 minutes. Turn the chops and add the pineapple to the grill.

  • Brush the chops and pineapple with the marmalade and grill for 3 minutes.

  • Remove the pork and pineapple from the grill and arrange on a plate. Top with the yogurt nuts.
