Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups shredded turkey

  • 4 6-inch tortillas

  • 1 papaya, seeded, peeled, sliced

  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • ¼ cup almonds, sliced

  • Creamy curry dressing

Directions

  • In a large bowl mix the dressing with the turkey. Allow the mixture to chill in a refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • Set an oven to 350 degrees F, wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil, and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Remove the tortillas and increase temperature to 400 degrees F. Place each individual tortilla in a custard bowl and bake for another 10 minutes.

  • Allow the tortillas to cool and add the turkey, papaya, kiwi, and almonds inside the tortilla bowl.
