Ingredients

  • 7 pounds tomatoes

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 medium beet

  • 2 large carrots

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons horseradish

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 2 quarts water

Directions

  • Using a juicer or blender, juice the tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, beet, carrots, and garlic.

  • Put the juice in a large pot and add the sugar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and water. Stir together well.
