Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dried linguine

  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 small shallot, chopped fine

  • 1/3 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

  • 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/3 cup sliced kalamata olives

  • 2 tablespoons basilpesto

Directions

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat the oil, shallots, tomatoes, and mushrooms in skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
