1/4 pound goat cheese
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wash and halve each tomato. Carefully scoop out the tomato pulp with a small spoon to create a hollow, sturdy shell. Pour out any juice that is in the tomato shell.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
