3/4 cup skim milk
1 large egg
2 large egg whites
1 medium overripe banana
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 slices whole wheat bread
Heat stove top to medium heat and spray a skillet lightly with cooking spray.
Place the first six ingredients in blender and mix until uniform.
Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl. Dip both sides of bread slices into the mixture individually, before placing in the skillet.
Cook the French toast on each side until it is a deep brown color.
