Ingredients

  • 1 pound 99% lean ground turkey breast

  • 10 ounces thawed chopped spinach

  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

  • 4 tomato slices

  • 4 lettuce leaves

  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and spray the grill rack with cooking spray.

  • Put the turkey, spinach, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Separate the meat mixture into four 1-inch-thick patties.
