Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles

  • 1 can low-sodium, low-fat cream of celery soup

  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 4 ounces mushrooms, drained

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 can tuna, with juice

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain.

  • Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish except for 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and serve.
